ARW offers a range of different subscription packages that are tailored to everyone's needs. There are 3 home warranty plans to choose from including:

TOTALMAX

TotalMax is the most comprehensive plan, offering coverage for both major appliances and home systems. It includes all items covered in the other two plans and adds additional items like ceiling fans, garage door openers, and plumbing stoppages. This plan is suitable for homeowners looking for extensive coverage.

SYSTEMSMAX

SystemsMax is focused on home systems, this plan covers essential systems like air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, and more. It’s ideal for homeowners who are primarily concerned with the major systems in their homes rather than appliances.

APPLIANCEMAX

ApplianceMax covers major home appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, clothes washers and dryers, ovens/ranges, and built-in microwaves. It's designed for homeowners who want to ensure their appliances are protected but may not need full system coverage.

Each home warranty package with ARW varies in price. Here is a general overview of the monthly rate for each plan:

Terms of Service

No long-term contracts

ARW home warranty plans are set on a month-to-month subscription basis, so there are no long-term contracts to worry about.

Replacement of appliances and systems

ARW will do its best to provide the same items if you need a replacement. However, if they are unable to source this, then customers can receive discounts on appliances through ARW partnerships with appliance manufacturers.

Call out time

If you require a call-out service from one of the ARW professionals for a home repair, you can expect someone to be at your door within 48 hours of the request for non-emergencies and 24 hours for emergency issues.

Home inspections

ARW does not carry out home inspections prior to opening a home warranty subscription. The company does, however have a 30-day wait period in place that protects them from customers claiming any pre-existing conditions.

Extra fees

All repair requests require a trade service fee that is deductible for that service call.
