Cinch offers a range of three affordable home protection plans including the Appliances plan, Built-in System plan, and a Complete Home plan. Customers also have the option to add additional add-ons to ensure that all customers can create a suitable home warranty package for their needs. Appliances Plan

Cinch takes care of protection for all your home appliances. The Appliances plan covers all the major items you use day-to-day such as the washing machine, refrigerator, tumble dryer — you know the things you can’t live without!

Built-in Systems

With the Built-in Systems plan, the main systems in your home will be covered including heating, cooling, A/C units, heat pumps, plumbing and electrical components.

Complete Home

As a combination of the two plans above, the Complete Home plans offer you full home protection for both appliances and built-in systems meaning that you’re totally covered no matter what. This choice is popular amongst homeowners and offers great value for money.

VIP Complete Home Plan

Terms of Service

Cinch home warranty protects your home systems and appliances by repairing or replacing anything that goes wrong or breaks down. However, terms and conditions do apply. It’s important to fully understand exactly what your plan covers and what it doesn’t.

Whenever an item requires repair or replacement, you have 24/7 emergency repair access which you can contact by phone or online. Cinch will send out one of their service pros that are based nationwide to your home for repair, rapidly. This service includes a deductible charge that you will be informed of beforehand.

All contracts last for 12 months, and payments are taken either monthly through direct debit or paid in one up-front payment annually. You have 30 days to cancel a new contract and receive a full refund if no claims have been made. Otherwise, if you wish to cancel your contract at any other time there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
